Power of Attorney Document

When you need to legally designate someone to act on your behalf in financial or medical decisions, I've got your back. My fee is a flat $40 for the service, plus state notary fees and travel expenses. After you have the document drawn up by an attorney bring it to me to witness the signatures of all the parties involved. I'll make sure your Power of Attorney documents are properly notarized.
